Shipping and delivery

Hello,

(TLDR: I appreciate your patience and understanding!)

• I'm not a big company. I'm a designer and this is my side project.

Sometimes I will be unavailable because of real-life things, and your email or order may go unanswered for a little while (under normal circumstances, a week at the most).

• These products aren't print on demand; I work with a local printer to make sure they're high quality. The materials are handpicked to look and feel right, and the cuts are as accurate as they can be.

I order them in batches, and when orders go out, I'm personally putting them in envelopes, addressing them, filling out online customs forms, and heading to the mailbox. If I'm not home, or I'm sick in bed with the flu, there isn't anyone else doing this. Your order can only be sent once I've returned.

If there is an issue with delivery, I won't know unless you tell me. I'm using the cheapest shipping possible, and that means I can't track the deliveries. I also don't have enough volume to use a fulfillment company, or to use inventory tracking and whatnot, so again, please keep all this in mind before you demand to see the manager.

P.S. ⚠️ 🇺🇸 US CUSTOMERS! Due to the current US administration, airlines are not accepting normal mail to the US right now. The only shipping option left for the time being is UPS. However! I have just sent a batch to someone in the US who can ship them from within the country so shipping costs to you should be reasonable pretty soon.
